  • Pasta is rich in carbohydrates (mainly in the form of starch that is easily digested), these carbohydrates are stored as glycogen in muscle tissue. Athletes use these stored glycogen reserves as a fuel source for working muscles.

  • Pasta made from enriched durum semolina is full of vitamins and minerals.
    (Thiamine, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Copper, and Folic Acid)

  • Pasta made with Durum Semolina contains natural Gluten, a protein which is a known allergen to some people, and some pastas contain egg additives (this will be shown on the product label). Egg is also a known allergen to some people.
