Montana is the perfect place to make perfect pasta. We have access to the freshest water... located just miles from the snow-capped peaks of the Rocky Mountains. We are located in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" of Montana, known worldwide for its exceptionally high protein wheat. Even Italy imports Montana wheat for pasta production. Since this is our home, we can source that wheat from the best local producers.

Our high protein semolina is custom-milled on demand from a durum mill adjacent to our plant, and is delivered via a sealed pneumatic tube to maintain the semolina purity and freshness.
