Ground Meat of your choice (we recommend Italian Sausage)
Onions
Garlic
Bottled Red Sauce of your choice
Olives and/or Mushrooms (optional)
Mozzerella & Parmesean Cheese (cubed)
1-3 pounds of Cut Mafalda
1. Brown meat, onions, garlic, and mushrooms (if using). Drain grease.
2. Add sauce and simmer.
3. Cook Mafalda to just before al dente.
4. Toss with sauce mixture.
5. Pour into baking pan and alternate with cheeses.
6. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
7. Serve.
