Pasta Montana is one of very few manufacturers who make this intriguing shape that originates in the Campania region of Italy. Our Trotolle is shaped like a spinning top and capable of carrying nearly any application. Our Trotolle are made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

A fan favorite due to its unique shape. Holds any sauce between its many twists/turns and has a great bite/mouth feel.
