Description

20" long flat pasta noodle made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina and egg yolk powder, extruded through our bronze die which increases the adhesion of sauce on to the pasta; excellent shelf-life in precooked state. The addition of egg complements any beef or pork based sauce.

Application

This durable long cut is very versatile: cream-based, tomato-based and oil-based sauces work best. This cut also performs well in a cold application. Welcomes large or small protein.
