10" long, thin flat noodle, classic in almost any Italian restaurant. Made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

This durable long cut is very versatile: cream-based, tomato-based and oil-based sauces work best. This cut also performs well in a cold application. Welcomes large or small protein.
