Description

One of Pasta Montana’s hallmark shapes, this 20" lasagna sheet is made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle and extrudued through bronze die. Excellent al dente bite in baked application and fits perfectly in large hotel pan.

Application

One of the oldest shapes with ruffled edges, this long noodle is known for “casseroles” with a hearty meat sauce and at times ricotta cheese.
