Our classic 10" lasagna sheet made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle. Shorter pieces allow for easier lasagna build out.

Application

One of the oldest shapes with ruffled edges, this long noodle is known for “casseroles” with a hearty meat sauce and at times ricotta cheese.
