Our classic 10" lasagna sheet made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana‘s Golden Triangle. This product has a slightly different look than the 1CTLAS but with that consistent al dente feel as in all our lasagna items.

Application

The corrugated lines give this lasagna noodle a slightly firmer texture than its smooth centered cousin.
