10" long, thin noodle, classic in almost any Italian restaurant. Made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

A favorite shape for seafood pastas (clams, mussels, shrimp, etc) with oil based broth, tomato sauce, pestos or a light cream sauce.
