Our Orzo is a rice shaped pasta traditional in size and cook time. Made with 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

Orzotto – a Risotto style dish made with our orzo! Also wonderful cold as a side dish for a picnics or school lunch with Italian dressing and vegetables.
