Description

Resembles the classic penne rigate shape, only slightly smaller. Made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

A smaller version of the famous cut Penne. Works with any sauce in multiple applications and can be used as regular penne on a buffet and it is perfect for mac and cheese and cold applications.
