Description

Our second of two offerings for this iconic Italian pasta shape, wider and tubular in shape with spiraled line ridges. Requires a slightly longer cook time. Made with our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

Application

This classic spiral tube shape is larger than penne and ziti and holds sauce very well. Easy to eat and perfect for big chunky sauces with tomatoes, vegetables and assorted proteins.
