Our spinach rotini is a classic spiral shaped short pasta made from 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle with spinach powder added.
Application
Fusilli resemble short, corkscrew spirals. This versatile shape is well suited for holding heavy sauces, as well as for use in soups, salads, casseroles and more.
