The heavy wall elbow is a curved smooth surface pasta made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina from Montana’s Golden Triangle. This product is extruded through a bronze die and has a slightly thicker wall which makes it ideal for baked dishes and for buffet style soups. This product offers the longest al dente window of any of our elbow shapes.
Named for its twisted tubular shape known for pairing with smooth creamy cheese based sauces. Easy to eat, and works in both cold and hot applications.
